One of Daddy's favorite memories of our trip to Hawaii was a recipe Carla Schade made for us: Macademia Nut Chicken. Mommy was using Daddy's rubber mallet to crush the macademia nuts so they'd coat the chicken better. When I saw what she was doing, I went to get my own "hammer" to help her out. I'm such a big help in the kitchen!
